Katherine Sisak

     My name is Katherine Sisak and I’m the creator and director of Origin. My main areas of artistic interest are in storyboarding and visual development, although I also use 3D modeling to help supplement the latter.  I really love writing stories and then taking a deep-dive into developing unique character and world designs. Creating storyboards and animatics is particularly fun because you get to think about narrative and character acting, you get to work on shot design, and it’s the best thing in the world when your boards can make someone laugh. I want to create work that will entertain and engage an audience’s imagination...and maybe even spark a passion for storytelling in others! After graduating, I would love to work in the industry as a storyboard artist or a background painter.
